Nairobi(INO)-Yeah, it is this picture taken by the Kenya’s presidential press unit in Marsabit County in the Nothern part of the country when Uhuru Kenyatta visited the area on Wednesday to cool down the political heat that flared up after oil deposit was found in the area.
The photo which was shared on the President’s official Facebook page that has over 1.6 million followers, captured the attention of the Kenyan Muslims, particularly the Somalis.
Somalis are numbered between two million to two-and-half million in population making it the sixth largest community in Kenya.
The woman in the photo is Mrs. Nasra Ibrahim, the Marsabi County Woman Representative in the National assembly.
The photo dominated the Social Media with Facebook users showering her with praises for upholding her dignity as a Muslim woman as per the teaching of Islam.
