Garbahaarey(INO)- At least two civilians were killed and nine others wounded in a bomb planted at a tea shop in Somalia’s south western town of Garbaharey on Thursday evening, an official said.
Confirming the incident, Abdi Barre Dhagey who is the deputy commissioner of Gedo regional capital of Garbaharey said the bomb went off as customers were sipping tea at the area.
He said nine people were injured, some critically and admitted to the city’s hospital for medical treatment. No group has yet claimed responsibility for the tea shop bombing.
