A Leader of Somali military court Hassan Ali Nour said that the man were sentenced to death after found guilty of murdering After By Revange killed Abdullahi Jicir, Near Maanya Fuulka in Baidoa. Hassan Ali Nuur Also stated that the convicted Man can’t take appeal.
Somali military court has carried several executions of government soldiers and Al-shabab members in a firing squad, before month the court has executed at least Many Al-shabab members.
This verdict comes a time when the military court has vowed to take action against the government that criminals and Al-shabab.
