Ali Mohamud Farah, a Somali politician has called on the federal government to keep its hands off the state formation conference in Jowhar town.
“The elders in Jowhar should have the decision to form of the inter-regional administration for Hiiraan and middle Shabelle regions,” Farah said
He added that the mandate of the federal government of Somalia has expired, and has no authority to implement the federalism in the country, and manage Jowhar state formation conference.
On the other hand, Ali Seeko has recommended to postpone the the federal state formation conference in Jowhar to after the election which is expected to be held in October 30.
