The Interim South West Administration (ISWA), Somalia, has set aside funds to be used to cover eligible payments under a contract for outsourced company in public Revenue collection and Management services for Interim South West Administration-Somalia.
The Ministry of Finance (MoF) invites (“Bids”) from eligible or qualified entities to provide services referenced above, which is being offered as a local purchase order contract. Bidding will be conducted using a Competitive Bidding Process. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders that meet the following minimum qualification criteria:
- Legal status of the company, including Registration certificates with ISWA.
- Must demonstrate Financial capacity by providing evidence supported by reference financial statements; financial capital of $1,000,000.00 ( one million US Dollars only) and can make deposit of $500.000.00 USD (five hundred thousand USD )
- Must demonstrate appropriate managerial, organizational capability and reliability( include company profile, past experience, staff capacity, registration documents)
- Proposed project details and methodology
- Must have technical capacity; equipment and technology that would enable them carry out the above mentioned services; which includes reliable data base servers, plastic ID printers.
- Ready to invest 100% of the project
- Demonstrate not to have any affiliation with radical Islamist groups.
