The election of Somaliland representatives of upper house election will restart tomorrow in Mogadishu after weeks of delay.
Somaliland Election of Upper house commissioner Jama Mahamed Qalib Told Media, that the election will restart tomorrow although they are arguments in clan.
Jama said some clans are going double seats in lower and upper house while other clans have no seat of both houses.
He told that 11 Seats of Somaliland in Upper house 6 of them elected already and only five seats are remaining to elect tomorrow.
The remaining seats among those will compete only Women to reach 30% of quota for women in Somalis political ratio.
Jama said if the election delayed tomorrow the Committee have power to decide seats and conclude elections of upper representatives of Somaliland.
Also view seats are remaining in election of house of people of Somalia those 7 from Somaliland,2 From Banadir Region and five will reelect after corrupt election and dismissed by Arbitration Committee.
51% of Somalia house of people are new comers and mostly are young people and 49% are reelected MPs,14 MPs are remaining to elect soon to participate President elections.
