Twin blasts were just heard around Somalia’s Criminal Investigation Department (CID) at KM4 area in the heart of Mogadishu, reports said.
Reports said car packed with explosives went off at the gate of CID, followed by another blast and heavy gunfire. Details of the casualties still sketchy.
